Includes:

NZ   $ 9000 - (for international students), $3300-for New Zealanders and Australians.(Indiative 2009)

 

18 weeks world class adventure instruction.

  • All specialised equipment use for adventure activities/training.
  • Assistance finding paid work on completion of the course.

Additional Costs:

 

 

 

Accomodation: Allow NZ $3600 approx for 18 weeks accommodation, we can assist in organising this.

Food: Allow approx NZ $1800 for the duration of the course. 

Visa: Allow NZ $140 for a visa to allow you to study in New Zealand.

Insurance: All international students enrolling in New Zealand educational institutions are required to hold insurance.This costs approximately $400.

 

Prerequisite:

An adventureous spirit! A reasonable level of fitness and an ability to swim 25m.

January 12th - May 15th 2009

Qualifications:

During the programme students have the opportunity to gain the following qualifications:

  • Outdoor First Aid
  • Risk Management Certificate
  • National Pool Life Guard Award
  • Challenge Ropes Course Facilitator Certificate
  • Certificate of Adventure Leadership

Only a little time will be spent in a formal classroom, there are assignments and written tasks to be completed!
