Selection Criteria
There are no formal academic requirements.
Your selection will be based on
- Your likelihood for successful completion of the intensive Adventure Leadership
Training
- An ability to work with others
- A willingness to learn
- A reasonable level of fitness
- Confidence in water and ability to swim 25 metres
- Suitability for employment instructing at Summer Camp USA / UK
